Village Harvest launched a new line of frozen, prepared whole grains. There were, of course, plenty of challenges, including limited and ever-changing distribution. Turns out, a product line this healthy, tasty and convenient is national news, even if it’s hard to find. We scored big with national magazines including O, The Oprah Magazine, Food & Wine, Family Circle and Runner’s World and dozens of on-line food and health sites, blogs and podcasts. That’s 21,334,087 eyeballs in the first year. Of course, who’s really counting?
